Aptos is a layer 1 blockchain which was build by the ashes of Facebooks diem crypto project.

The new layer 1 blockchain claims to be developing upgradable, cutting-edge blockchain innovations that will dramatically improve the web3 experience for developers, brands and users

Not the first one to claim that. So what we need to know ?

-Claims to be secure and robust with its ‘Production-grade, high assurance BFT consensus protocol
