Okay, so I'm officially in "oh crap my sister's wedding is in two months and I have to fit into my Maid of Honor dress" mode.
With an apartment move coming up, last-minute taxes to do, and a few trips planned this month ... I'd say I've got myself a pretty busy couple of weeks.
And since busy weeks and healthy eating do not like go together like Spongebob and Patrick, I rely heavily on meal prepping to stay on track.
