Doraibu mai kâ | Drive My Car is the kind of road movie that has a great dramatic story behind it, but ends up becoming too long in its execution by relying on an overly repetitive emotional line (the use of dialogues focused on the play that guides the movie, as well as the protagonist's own work technique, is a clear example of this), as if it wanted to win over the audience through the merit of "justifiable fatigue" by addressing themes such as acceptance, personal empowerment, concepts about truths and lies (within morality and ethics), and emotional regret.

Why this sounds so Murakami-esque hahaha
