Elder scrolls online newbie

I bought ESO Tamriel Unlimited on sale for about 10$ and I was just thinking, maybe the people at steemit has some nice tips and tricks.
So right now I am at lvl 13 and I've played for like 15 hours, I've probably used about 5 of those hours stealing stuff and pickpocketing, but anyways if any of you have any tips and/or tricks or maybe even some guides, piz feel free to post that in the comments/replies.

EDIT: Add-on recommendations is also nice, I've already got SkyShards, nice add-on to see where all the sky shards are located.
