It appears the victim is older than reported

Since underage children cannot sign legally binding non-disclosure agreements, or make a valid contract into adulthood, the use of minors directly as false-flag crisis actor identities would be risky. It is much LESS risky to use a child's likeness under a different name - effectively creating a new person, with no legal responsibilities or liabilities (since that person, under THAT name, does not actually exist).

Another possibility, is for an ADULT to allow their own name and likeness (photos) AS A CHILD, to be used as a new, disposable persona. The legal problems are sidestepped, and no one will find the 'child' later.

Once an adult, anyone can sign away rights to their own childhood pictures, for such a purpose. This makes a new, 'disposable' identity for dramatic use. Place sandbags in a coffin for a fake burial (or fireplace ashes in an urn), and the new identity has completed its cycle.

Such appears to be the case, with Parkland "victim" Martin Duque (now alias Martin Anguiano), amply confirmed by photos and records.

It looks as though the younger taller one on the left is 20yrs old at today date at least if he was 19 in the picture below so if the one in the middle is the older brother who looks like the victim he would be older than 14 or 17 which ever one they decided on.
