EASY MOI-MOI RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1.Beans
2.Crayfish
3.Onions
4.Fresh pepper
5.Salt
6.Palm oil or Vegetable
7.Boiled eggs or smoked fish or meat bone for garnishing
8.Cooking leaf or plastic containers
PROCEDURES:
Wash the beans, then squeeze out the skin from the beans. Make sure that you have a clean beans i.e the tusk are completely off. Blend the beans smooth with some pepper, onions and cray fish. After grinding the beans smooth add some salt, you can add seasoning cubes if you like. Add oil of your choice i.e palm oil or Vegetable oil. Stir very well and taste to ensure that there is moderate salt, seasoning cubes, pepper. Pour the blended MOI-MOI into plastic plates or cooking leaves as you pour add your smoked fish or boiled egg along into the MOI-MOI. Pour water into your pot and place some cooking leaves into the pot. Then add your MOI-MOI into the cooking pot. Allow to cook for 25-30 minutes,then its ready. Serve with pap for breakfast. Most importantly .
