Feliz jueves mis amigos de full deportes, en este día les quiero compartir un entrenamiento de glúteos, con movimientos super fáciles de realizar, combine una serie de ejercicios buscando enfoque solo en mis glúteos, los realice en 4 series en 25 repeticiones, entre ellos están: sentadilla sumo, estocada, elevación de piernas, estos fueron los ejercicios que trabaje, mis amigos los invito a disfrutar de mi video sin añadir más comencemos.
