Saludos comunidad de full deportes, inicio mi semana con una rutina bien activa sin nada de peso,
especialmente para tonificar el area de los glúteos y cuadríceps,realice una serie de ejercicios combinados entre sentadillas con abre y cierra de piernas, desplazamientos entre otros, cada movimiento fue realizado en 4 series de 25 repeticiones, asi que mis amigos los invito a disfrutar de mi video, recomendaciones acondicionar antes de entrenar,sin añadir mas comencemos.
