Weekend-engagement 271 || Different but fulfilling

I'm the kind of person that focus all her time in a productive way, the kind that guarantees money. It lets me time for thinking about how making more money or work for it. And as a concequence, I forget about how important is taking time to enjoy of simple things as just breathing and connect with nature and the universe. However, last week I was so full of overwhelming feelings and what a better way to let all the bad go out of our body than going and feeling the magic power of sand and waves under our feet.

In this way, I've always thought ocean has a magic power. it has the possibility to make us reconnect with nature and with our souls. so in a desperate necessity to reconnect with nature and to breath pure air, my husband and I escaped last weekend to the beach. And I couldn't lie to you, the second I stepped on the sand I started to breath better. I don't totally understand how this work but I perfectly know that when I'm overwhelme nothing take me back to tranquility as the beach and the salty smell of ocean. We had a great time, just being there, talking about our week, about our dreams, about everything and nothing all at the same time. Sometimes, we just need to desconnect to reconnect as weird as it sounds. And it is so curious that even though we live so close to the beach, we don't use to do this; to go there and enjoy of its magic, not even when our body ask for it, but this time I decided to listen to my body and I was so right, I'm not sure if you can get me. Have you ever feel like this? or I have a siren soul?
