Easy Chocolate cake recipe

This is a very easy, quick recipe for a chocolate cake. You can also add chocolate chunks in the mix :).

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsps baking soda
1 1/2 tsps vanilla essence
1 tsp salt
1 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk/curd

• add 1/2 to 1 cup boiling water in the end..

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except the boiling water which is to be added in the end to loosen the consistency.. (Thickishly dripping/thinly covering the back of the spoon)

It's a slow baking cake, so bake at 180 degrees for 50-60 mins.
