Sneak Peak into delicacy
Food , food and more food . Hop into the blog to explore some authentic food , some yummy fills that will drive your heart to eat these food snatching from the blog direct to your plate (just kidding) .
Yesterday I went to this amazing restraunt called The white eye .
It is an mordern architecture build cafe , where taste meets perfection !
Fir this blog , I would be focusing on the tastiest great food that I had , notwithstanding the flavours but also the presentation was on mark , the food menu ranged from all variety of tastes , tangy , sweet , sour and many others.
Being a huge fan of tangy flavours , I ordered a dish called Crispy Lotus Stem , the dish is prepared from stems of lotus flower which is washed thoroughly and processed for being ready to be cooked , the dish is made using spices , fenugreek seeds , Indian spices , Schezwan sauce and some other necessary ingredients, the stem is fried in olive oil for its crispy nature .
I would rate this a 100/10
The next item was Penne Pasta , a regular white sauce pasta , the twist lies in its cream , which is burnt cooked using fire flames on the top notch of creams .
The pasta was a 8/10 , not bad but not that extravagent factor , which could stand it out of other restraunts !
AMBIENCE
Ambience does play an important role in enjoying the food with peace and happiness. The environment was 100/100 , it had proper cleanliness and maintained a peaceful environment altogether. Not a big fan of crowdy places , that’s the reason it gave us a perfect hit to my requirements
Pizza o ‘ pizzerio
The pizza had a thick base and was topped with Tomato, olives , capsicum, red chillies and 3 different type of cheese . I would rate this pizza a 7/10 , it wasn’t that bad but I have had better pizzas in other restraunts , so in comparison to those it was a 7/10 for me !
Who you are (sunset drink)
The drink had a unique named i had never heard of , it was name WHO YOU ARE , seeing the name i had ordered it and i was clueless about what ingredients it would hold , the name attracted me so much that other things dint matter to me at the moment.
I did asked the waiter , why was the drink named so , to my astonishment he answered that it held an deep concept behind it , he told me that the drink had an ombre layers of shades , depicting the shades of our mood , just like the drakest shade would describe a angry mood while the lightest shade would describe happiness and the shades between those depicts , sadness , moderated mood , and mood towards happiness.
It was for the first time i have heard a story behind the making of a drink and the naming behind it!
Lastly , I can’t forget this dish , lotus stem , this had to be my go to dish , a 1000/10 for sure . If you have ever tried such a dish that your tastebuds crave for anytime anyday , let me know in the comments .
A quick update , I know its been really long i was not active here , but i will tell you everything i went through someday in a detail blog . For now all i want to say is those bad times of life has gone and I am back again with 4X passion and determination . Thank you so much for always loving me and my blogs .
