What bad things people do.
A few years ago my friend told me that when she worked in the aeronautical industry she ran into some complicated coworkers. I say "coworkers" because that's what they were. There was a certain familiarity or groups of people who were very close and helped each other, and everything seemed like excessive camaraderie. They shared personal secrets and made everything look like love and peace. But suddenly, some of them thought that my friend's life was excessively beautiful and lovely and that she shouldn't be there earning a salary for doing her job well.
So since they already had privileged information, they could use it against her to discredit her and influence the decisions of her operations supervisor. And that's exactly what happened. That friendship that looked so, so good started to deteriorate massively, without my friend realizing that, in front of her supervisor, her "friends" were the ones who had made her life in that magical office in the aeronautical industry — which seemed like a dream job — turn into a complete hell.
To the point that the coworkers who used to have lunch with her started to distance themselves from her at lunchtime. And she began to notice her loneliness. And the worst part: she didn't know who was the one who had started it. Little by little the environment turned toxic and unpleasant, and she had no idea what the hell was going on. She never found out who was the one affecting her good job performance.
Because while she was asking herself "what the hell is going on," there was a person or people with bad intentions whose real goal was to get on the supervisor's good side to look good, at the expense of my friend's work. In the end, according to my friend, they did her a favor because they got what they wanted. Little by little, one by one, they distanced themselves from her until she was left alone. And she didn't care. She went to work and with no interference it didn't affect her, and her performance improved noticeably.
However, since her supervisor was poisoned against her, she took it upon herself to handle my friend's work not professionally but personally, and started sending her work back just to be spiteful. And little by little the supervisor went all the way to the highest levels to report that her subordinate was making her job difficult.
Ahhhh, I forgot to mention that she had previously gotten a very capable person fired in her delusion of feeling like the boss. And because she herself was not very attractive, not very pretty, and seeing the former employee — who was fair-skinned, tall, robust and beautiful — she felt overshadowed. Being herself a darker-skinned, short woman with the devil's temper, as we say here "blood of a telepath," in her inferiority complex she got 90% of the staff under her fired over a period of two years. And my friend was among them.
Because my friend also fell into her trap and became a victim of her bad intentions. Not caring that behind every employee there is a family she was leaving without support, when she could have done things a better way.
Damn suck-up. Thanks to her my friend suffered for a few days, but it was brief, because her marriage improved a lot and she was close to divorce because the schedule was insane: from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm. It was an exhausting shift and she had to travel a long, tiring distance. So by taking that job away from her, she did my friend a favor. And the other girl too, because she emigrated with her family abroad and today she has a life a thousand times better than if she were still in that damned job in the aeronautical industry.
So not everything is bad in this life. But it is hateful to come across bad people with bad intentions in life. I know many students who, just for rubbing a teacher the wrong way, lose their potential and have had to drop out of school, lose access to scholarships, access to jobs, just because the damn person on the other side hasn't done a thorough evaluation of the whole situation so my Friends, when you identify a toxic person like that one, you’ll see that life ends up making them pay dearly for their misdeeds. For example, my friend’s supervisor. Little by little she fell into a spiral of madness and self-inflicted illnesses that led her to hundreds of hospitalizations and medications, to the point that she spent her entire fortune on medical and hospital expenses. In the end she ended up alone, sad, and abandoned.
And not less important: her superiors got tired of her constant complaints and discovered that she was causing excessive turnover and a completely unstable work environment in the office because of her behavior. So they decided to fire her.
They say that when she was fired, she begged, she cried, she humiliated herself, just like she had done to so many people before with her nonsense.
Thanks for comming.
