Mis días se basan en ir al trabajo, regresar cumplir con mis obligaciones y acomodar todo para el día siguiente... sin ningún momento de distracción real que no sea solo con el teléfono viendo videos o alguna serie. Realmente termino tan agotada que no me queda energía ni para socializar ni un poco.

Tengo varias semanas ya trotando y caminando en las tardes, cosa que poco a poco me ha sentado muy bien. Correr mientras escucho música la verdad que ha marcado la diferencia, me siento mejor física y mentalmente. Los pequeños cambios poco a poco marcan un antes y un después, así que me gusta esta nueva rutina que estoy implementando en mi vida y espero continuar💪

I really end up so exhausted that I have no energy left to socialize or a little.
