Even for someone generally seen as "heart man", “renaissance man”, or "the HeartMath guy", he has had a number of very challenging periods in his life.
We all have.
Times when hope was absent, happiness was fleeting, fulfillment had been lost.
We all had the COVID time.
It's so easy to lose hope and sink into despair and blame.
This statement is also true: "You gotta feel it to heal it."
Peace and love in our personal, work or family lives bring healing and hope.
There can never be too much peace and love in a world starving for both.
