Intense stress does not put people to sleep, it does not even rest.

When I was in college, I was under extreme stress, I would go after school three days a week, do my boxing, relax and return home. it gave me great relief, and when I got home I would rest well. It is best to throw away your sweat, stress, and all your bad energy and rest. Sports also take away the mental fatigue that occurs after that work. You take your serotonin, you get rid of the hormone cortisol, you strengthen the body and mind.

You become more vigorous both mentally and physically. That's why sport is good.

These people are not made fun of, they are envied.
