What’s the better move?

Okay so we know that cryptos have taken a hit this last week or more because of news and fear circulating around the Asian markets, I’m on the impression we may be heading into a dip but do think cryptos will do what they have always done and eventually turn around and hit all time highs again especially for some new and inventive coins that are already doing pretty well! So my question is if this is true is it worth me cashing out waiting for a right time to buy back in cheaper or just hold through this dip and eventually come out better than I I was?
