Galletas de Avena ,pasas y cambur en freidora de aire)Oatmeal, raisin, and banana cookies in an air fryer

Estoy bastante contenta ya que por fin logre tener en mis manos una freidora de aire y como mi pareja es un poco quisquilloso al momento de comer frituras y harinas ,esto me a caido del cielo en esta oportunidad les enseño estas ricas galletas ,saludables

I'm quite happy since I finally managed to get my hands on an air fryer and since my partner is a bit picky when it comes to eating fried and floury foods, this has fallen from heaven for me. This time I'm showing you these delicious, healthy cookies.

Algo rapido en momento de querer una merienda sin tanto tiempo, en un tazón colocamos la mantequilla y el azúcar unimos hasta qué aclaré un poco

Something quick when you want a snack without so much time, in a bowl we place the butter and sugar and mix until it clears a little.

Luego agregamos la avena en hoguelas y el huevo

Then we add the oatmeal and the egg

• La avena la debemos de licuar y incorporar un parte también para que la mezcla no quede tan aguada y sea mas manejable

We must blend the oats and also add a part so that the mixture is not so watery and is more manageable.

Le incorpore lo qué eran las pasas y el cambur y trituré y le agregué un poco de polvo de hornear

I added what were the raisins and the banana and blended it and added a little baking powder.

Ya teniendo mezcla lista la lleve al freidor de aire en pequeñas porciones

Once the mixture was ready, I put it in the air fryer in small portions.

Y la temperatura colocada fue de 280° por 15min y asi de Doradas y muy ricas quedarían

And the temperature set was 280° for 15 minutes and they would be so golden and delicious.
