1. Tostar y triturar las almendras: Si no tienes procesadora, la licuadora en modo pulsar funciona bien.

Toast and grind the almonds: If you don't have a food processor, a blender in pulse mode works well

1. Mezclar la base: Une mantequilla y azúcar hasta lograr una textura cremosa. Agrega la miel y mezcla con cariño

Mix the base: Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the honey and mix thoroughly

1. Incorporar lo seco: Añade las almendras molidas, avena en hojuelas y, si prefieres, un poco de harina de trigo o avena molida

Add the dry ingredients: Add the ground almonds, rolled oats and, if you prefer, a little wheat flour or ground oats

1. Refrigerar la masa: Deja reposar 30 minutos

Refrigerate the dough: Let it rest for 30 minutes

1. Formar y hornear: Haz bolitas, coloca trocitos de durazno encima y hornea por 15 minutos. Yo usé airfryer, pero el horno tradicional también funciona.

Shape and bake: Form into balls, top with peach pieces, and bake for 15 minutes. I used an air fryer, but a traditional oven also works
