FOOD Dairy in Guangzhou, CHINA. PHO KIM SAIGON vietnamese restaurant

Hello Dlive!
As a food lover i decided to introduce and taste for you differents restaurants all around Guangzhou and more if i can!
For my first video in #Dlive i wanted to try a new dish served in the vietnamese restaurant PHO KIM SAIGON located in IFC tower .
The BO LUC LAC rice:
This dish is composed of cubed sautee beef served with fresh sliced tomato, red onion and cucumber and rice sautee in tomato sauce.
I was very excited to try this dish because it's one of my favorite dish when i ate asian food in France, and they are the first restaurant to make it in Guangzhou! But maybe my expectation was too high... i was very disappointed by the quality of the dish honestly... the beef wasn't good, too dry and they haven't took the right part of the beef for a luc lac, the meat was hard, and not tasty even with the lime and pepper sauce... and the rice had the color of tomato ok, but not the taste, it was bland... so i ordered a PHO, and was shocked by the quantity of meat they gave me... only one small meat ball... so it make me being very disappointed by the restaurant, i used to like their PHO when they just opened... but with the time, the quality become more and more bad... i really hope they will improve!!
