How to play flash video on Linux (pepperflash)

This is a step to step guide on how to play a flash video on your Linux pc because of Adobe Flash Player not available for download.

On the tutorial, Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS is covered. In other distributions the procedure could be a little different but the core is installing pepperflash.
