Beyonds the clouds I see

When I see clouds within the sky,
All massive and puffy and white,
When I see clouds within the sky,
The weather is sunny and bright.
White clouds, white clouds,
White clouds up within the sky.
White clouds, white clouds,
White clouds, puffy and dry.
When I see clouds within the sky,

All massive and solid and bright,
When I see white clouds within the sky,
The weather is rainy all day.
White clouds, white clouds,
White clouds up within the sky.
White clouds, white clouds,
Dropping rain from up high.

What’s soft white and floats up high,
Like a pile of cotton within the sky?
And once the wind blows exhausting and robust,
What terribly gently floats along?
What brings the rain, what brings the snow,
That showers down on us below?
When you find high within the sky,
What is that factor you see float by?
