Hola familia hermosa
Este fin de semana fuimos por unos helados últimamente hemos estado cuidando mucho nuestra alimentación, evitando harinas, azúcar y carbohidratos la razón no existe simplemente quiero que seamos una familia saludable.
Ahora existen muchas recetas y maneras de comer saludable, lo más difícil ha sido dejar por completo el azúcar pero si hemos reducido muy considerablemente la cantidad de consumo. Lo cierto es que nos provoco comer helado y José y Camila querían donas decidimos ir por ellos ya que en líneas generales estamos comiéndo muy bien.
Matamos ese antojo y valió la pena estaba todo divino el helado de tres sabores que pedí oreo, arequipe y brownie no me lo pude comer sola así que entre los 3 compartimos.
Fue una salida familiar la pasamos rico y además merendamos riquísimo. Deseo tengan una excelente semana y puedan darse sus gustos.

The truth is that we got a craving for ice cream and José and Camila wanted doughnuts so we decided to go for them as we are generally eating very well.
We killed that craving and it was worth it. The ice cream of three flavours that I ordered, oreo, arequipe and brownie, I couldn't eat it alone so between the 3 of us we shared.
