#TEAnREZIN ...

As all three of you who vote on my posts know, I usually edit out the music from my shows and then post it as a after show post. This usually has the audio from our chats as well as the interviews with my guests.

Well, after recording for about 30 minutes of the show last night, I stopped.

I AM beginning to question my role , stature and goals here on stemmit. As the other projects I had in the past on the previous social media sites, it seems none really gives a shit. After putting in the hours of prepping, doing the actual show, and then editing the videos to fit the 'criteria' of this oh so pure place...I get shit for return. It isn't that I don't appreciate the regular votes from the homies....it is the fact that my work isn't going anywhere. Apparently this work is worth roughly 2 SBD's.....every time...unless I use my meager earnings to buy votes . I have racked my brain for years to try and bring something of actual value to the #CHRONIKnCOFFEE series. I actively look for guests, I look for things of interest to share, I compile a variety of music to appeal to ALL. I also make gaming videos in my #GamingwithGRIMM series, which get about the same response. I see the content on this site.... The stuff considered worthy of massive upvotes and ridiculous cult like followings..... The other radio shows with half of my flavor but 4x the return....for what?

We have a good time during the show, people usually stick around, the audience makes me laugh, I seem to make a new friend almost every show.

This is why I DO IT!
I AM not just searching for higher payouts. I AM looking for ways to EARN. I do have a musical outlet which some may find worthy, that is in the works. My main dilemma is what AM I to do so that I can see a higher return from the WORK I AM putting in for the radio?
I WILL not beg.....I AM not whining....I AM asking those who read this to share some ideas of how I can raise my production level and posts to match what I feel I AM putting in.
Why should I continue this path of fruitless endeavor? I AM not a soft ass lay down and take it type. I NEED to meet my goals. I AM expanding my productions in to #ALLaBOUTdaMUSIC in Steem Music Alliance. I AM in talks with another community to bring another show of its own flavor there.
