Vibes Web3 Music Competition. #Week 15. Cover of “Into My Heart” by @fortunebassey

Good day amazing people on the Vibes web3 community. I am so happy to share my week 17 entry with you all.

For this week's competition, I did a piano cover of the gospel hymn titled "Into My Heart" by Harry D. Clarke.

This song has held a special place in my heart since childhood. Growing up in a religious household, I was captivated by the beautiful, heartfelt lyrics that spoke of inviting the Lord Jesus into one's life.

The simplicity and sincerity of the song always resonated with me, and I would often find myself humming or playing the melody on the piano.

As I've grown older, my appreciation for this timeless hymn has only deepened. The message of welcoming Christ into one's heart is one that I continue to find profound and meaningful.

Translating that sentiment to the piano has been a labour of love, as I've sought to capture the warmth and devotion of the original.

I hope that my piano cover will be a blessing and an encouragement to all who hear it. May the lyrics "Come into my heart, Lord Jesus" touch the heart of the Vibes community, just as they have touched mine over the years.
