Massinha Boa w/ Mozzarella Roasted

“Massinha boa” is a home made up food my wife “invented”… which is basically shredded chicken, diced garlic, sliced mushrooms, olive oil, diced bacon, olives, chopped onions and fusili pasta. Finished with some cream and I add some mozzarella and then roast the darn thing on the oven or airfrier.
