ZEC Is A Perfect Model For CBDC
I have what may be a unpopular opnion. Not sure, never seen anybody mention it.
I happen to believe that ZEC is the perfect model for a CBDC
If you read through some of the research and paers that have been published about CBDC's and what features teh US wants for theirs, ZEC is the closest match of any coin
Imagine a ZEC (with both T and z addresses). You would not be able to generate your own address. You go to a bank and provide your credentials and a private key is assigned to you.
Your transactions are typically shielded. The authority (banks, feds, institutions) have the viewing key. Transactions are private as far as teh public is concerned, but the authorities always can see every transaction.
Its the features they have stated they are looking to have
