We don't go on vacation

Woof woof woof. I really have something to say today! Our vacation has begun! Our boss and lady-boss don't go on vacation, and neither do we. On the one hand a bit of a shame, on the other hand we think it's okay. At home we have everything we need, and the weather is fantastic now. The sun is shining, and we can walk early in the day. Then we have plenty of space outside in our garden to woof and play.

There is only one little thing we miss…

Last year boss and lady-boss had a big swimming pool for us. Even with a springboard for us to climb in, and a springboard in the pool to climb out again. That pool isn't there now! It's over 30 degrees outside, and they didn't set up our big pool!

We get a small foot bath. There we can just stand with our paws in the water, we can drink from it. It's just nothing more than a big water bowl for us to walk in. But how are we supposed to cool down like this?

Not enough!

This became clear early this morning. We had all been woofing out. Yes, now that boss is home, we can all be woofed out at the same time. We even came across a heron! Exciting yo! It was a good thing that boss had me on the leash as usual, I got quite wild for a while. But when we got home, we were of course warm from all that action. Lana looked up our large water bowl, stood in it… and yes, now you also woof the problem here. Then that paw-bath is full, no more dog can get in it. We are really too big for that water bowl, or that water bowl is too small for us. It depends on how you look at it.

Can you woof to Lady-boss?

Now we thought, if you woof to Lady-boss and boss that this is not enough for us, then they will do something about it, we think. We're here, and we can't get any smaller, but they can get us a bigger paw-bath, a swimming pool again, right? Or are we really woofing too much? We don't think so.

In any case, I have to stop quickly, my paws are still a bit tired from the walk, and still very warm. So I have to splash in the water bowl now that Lana has come out. Then I go play with a ball in the shade with Myla. Maybe I'll woof Myla's ball away from her… Lol. Let's see if she's still that lazy.
