29 days and counting.... My introductory post

If you noticed nothing from that narration, I should point out my persistence in getting on the hive platform. Good quality, I guess.
Background
To about me, years ago, in a rural-urban city SouthWest Nigeria was christened Abraham Peculiar, Son of Ogunsilu but you can simply address me as folu /f-o-l-u/. I am the first of three children,only male which intuitively confers responsibilities. WHilst it is a lot, accounting and caring for others, standing gaps for them in ways you have probably not experienced, it can be interesting too.
Why I Joined Hive
As a creative, I put it to you that nothing beats impacting lives with your skills and earning at the same time, the advantages abound which is why I signed up for Hive. It will be uncouth of me not to acknowledge efforts of 
I like to believe I am a work in progress which stems from my reading that focuses a lot on philosophy and self help. I dont have an hobby but i do music and regard it as a business.
As a creator, i consume a lot of content which i believe few are privy to and believe that more people should know about, hence i will be sharing my views and idealogy on the things i come across.
I’m still trying to see if there is anymore to tell, but we will leave at this.

About two years ago, I delved into digital marketing, just like hive, I heard about it and the possibilities from an acquaintance and decided to see for myself. I took step to get certified and shortly after began to practice as a social media marketer. In my little experience, I have been able to majorly use my skillset to make events happen, reach ideal audience and give them reason to be at these events.
It's been a lovely ride I must note, despite the challenge of monetisation and being unappreciated.
To what keeps me sane. Growing up as a kid, my father listened to a lot of music and I unconsciously picked that from him. Few years down the lane, he bought me my first musical instrument, a five octave beginner piano or keyboard you might say. He got me a teacher to put me through, coupled with music lessons, I was able to play at church.
From playing the piano as a kid, I have now moved on to playing the saxophone. An interesting transition that was birth from the want of more, and perceived benefit of diversity. With the saxophone, I get to help people celebrate special days, people commercially. I like the liberty I get from doing music as an African and I'm currently working on hosting my love concert where I'll be exploring my ideas alongside a band.
I'm a big fan of volunteering, knowing fully well that a great way to be of value is to serve.
