娘惹文化的甜美传承：蓝白粽子之美
數百年前，中國移民與馬來人通婚，他們的女性後代被稱為「娘惹」。位於新加坡的土生華人文化博物館 The Intan，致力於收集並保存娘惹的手工藝與特殊習俗。其中一道特色美食是藍白粽子。這種粽子使用蝶豆花染色的糯米，內餡是炒冬瓜與豬肉末，並用香蘭葉與竹葉包裹，完美融合了多元文化，猶如文化的甜美樂章。
