¡Hola! Mis queridas bellezas y cuidadoras de la piel, uñas, cabellos y todo lo que nos cubre para vernos más bonitas 😊, les saludo esperando que todo esté muy bien. La belleza cuesta; y no solo hablo de lo económico, sino del costo que sufre nuestro propio precio. Basta ver la historia y, desde baños de leches, tatuajes de protección hasta el famoso corsé, para estilizar la figura, son algunas de las prácticas que hemos tenido para vernos agradables, aunque no nos sintiéramos como tal.
Ahora, yo, siguiendo esas prácticas, sí someto mi cuerpo a algunos rituales, pero no solo por verme bien, sino por sentirme bien, y eso es lo importante. Hace meses, me sometí a un cambio completo y aquí le cuento cómo me sentí en cada uno de estos "arreglos" a los cuales exponemos nuestro cuerpo.
Una de las partes que me gusta tratar constantemente es mi cabello.
He entendido que con disciplina y constancia puedo tener un cabello limpio, sano y manejable.
Tengo el mal de la mayoría, que mi cabello se cae en cantidades, pero también soy consciente del olvido al cual lo he sometido durante muchos años, que me está pasando factura.
En mi institución se encuentra una materia de peluquería, por lo que mi amiga Milagros se ha vuelto mi aliada al momento de cuidarlo.
Desde que estoy con ella, mi cabello ha adquirido vida y mi cuero cabelludo está limpio.
A su vez, el cabello me crece muy rápido, por tal motivo, la visito muy seguido para hacer cambios y cuidados en él.
La pollina está de moda y me sometí a su talento para colocarme el look "niña bonita", como se conoce en Venezuela.
¿Resultado?
Me encantó. Tenía tiempo que no usaba este corte, y el cambio se notó de inmediato, así que estuve muy feliz y lo he mantenido por meses.

Since I have been with her, my hair has gained life, and my scalp is clean.
At the same time, my hair grows very quickly, so I visit her very often to make changes and care for it.
The bangs are in fashion, and I submitted to her talent to give me the "pretty girl" look, as it is known in Venezuela.
Result?
I loved it. It had been a while since I used this haircut, and the change was noticeable immediately, so I was very happy and have kept it for months.

Resulta que de esta práctica también fui fan cuando era joven, porque yo, desde que salieron las uñas postizas, tenía una peluquería estrella donde me complacían con todo lo que yo quería.
Puedo contar que iba cada tres semanas, donde sometía mis uñas a limas, químicos, pegas, esmaltes, lámparas y un sinfín de tratamientos para verme más bonita.
Hace 9 años tuve un accidente donde casi pierdo mi uña, porque la uña postiza estaba tan pegada que se desprendió con mi uña natural.
Gracias a Dios, mi uña se salvó, pero desde ese momento evito colocarlas.
Sin embargo, como una es vanidosa, mis uñas no crecen mucho; confieso que no soy muy asidua de ir a hacerle manicure y, cuando crecen, se me caen; por eso, quise hacerme algo bonito para lucir diferente.
¿Resultados?
En el mercado existen diversas técnicas para perfeccionar la uña (todas abrasivas e invasivas), pero el resultado es muy bonito.
Yo pregunté, me las hice de esta manera y me quedaron hermosas. La parte negativa fue que, después que me las quité, mis uñas sufrieron tanto que actualmente las tengo muy débiles.
Como medida para recuperarla, me he propuesto ir más seguido a limpiar, hidratar y mantener mis uñas lo más alejadas posible de esos tratamientos que, por verme bonita, dañan mi uña natural.

I asked, I did them this way, and they turned out beautiful. The negative part was that, after I removed them, my nails suffered so much that currently they are very weak.
As a measure to recover them, I have decided to go more often to clean, hydrate, and keep my nails as far away as possible from those treatments that, to make me look beautiful, damage my natural nail.
Este ha sido otro problema que me aqueja porque cuando era niña tenía muchas cejas; cuando era joven me las saqué como estaba a la moda "como un hilo" y desde allí, ¡JAMÁS! Me ha salido nuevamente como yo quiero para tener unas cejas más naturales.
Por este motivo he tenido que recurrir a pintarme las cejas, pero no me dura mucho. Me han comentado que puede ser un problema hormonal, por lo que estoy pendiente de realizarme unos exámenes.
Sin embargo, para mi falta de vellos, surgió una técnica que trata de que a la propia ceja se hidrate para que los vellos se vean más nutridos y abundantes.
¿Resultados?
Sí se vio el resultado, pero consulté con otra especialista y me comentó que no me hicieron el tratamiento correctamente.
Me indicó que se habían pasado de químico e hizo el efecto contrario. Me recomendó hidratarlas y estoy pendiente de ir con ella para poder hacerme un trabajo más bonito, duradero y menos dañino.

En el mismo orden de las cejas, se ofrece este servicio para resaltar las pestañas sin necesidad de colocar unas postizas (que, por cierto, me hicieron daño cuando me las coloqué).
Yo estaba renuente, pero como el servicio de las cejas se ofrece con las pestañas, y la joven me convenció de que el cambio se vería con las dos técnicas aplicadas, me dejé hacer el tratamiento.
¿Resultados?
Me gustó. No se veían exageradas o artificiales y solo con agua, ya estaban listas para tener una mirada más profunda y levantada 💯.

Resultados finales Como no estoy acostumbrada a todo eso, me sentí bonita porque se notaba el cambio inmediato. Sin embargo, someter a mi cuerpo a tantos químicos de los cuales tengo que ser esclava de las consecuencias, creo que no es lo mío. Además, se invierte mucho dinero que me puedo invertir en gym, ropa y algún maquillaje que haga el mismo efecto de verme igual de bonita 😊. Pero como la vanidad puede más, seguro lo dejo para ocasiones especiales, porque ¿qué sería de la mujer sin adornos? 😍.
