Passive Income - On Hive - Compounding Growth

In this video I talk about passive income on Hive, and here I talk about compounding growth, "the more you earn the more you earn".

So what this means is that as you earn Hive and Hive-engine tokens and you stake them, or Power Up, that stake will continuously earn you more and more in return the bigger it grows.

It's kind of like a snowball, it starts small and then it grows bigger, and as it does it grows at a faster pace for each turn, which is why we sometimes call compounding growth a "snowball effect".

This is what happens on Hive as you keep building your Hive Power, your CTP Power and any other tokens that you keep on staking, it grows faster the more you stake it.

The bigger stake you have the more you earn in Curation Rewards, and the more influence you have on the blockchain, and it also makes you more visible overall, so keep on staking.
