There Can Be No Light Without Darkness

Life is precious with all its ups and downs.

There is no happiness without grief. There is no love without hatred. There is no hope without despair. There is no gain without loss.

Life is It is an infinite cycle of balance between good and bad, right and wrong, happy and sad, high and low, sunset and sunrise, life and death, and the list go on…
The way we perceive this cycle of ups and downs, depends on our mindset, attitude and also on how we look at things.

When circumstances prevent us from defeating a difficult moment, perspective allows us to find the meaning in it so that we can understand its reason, learn the lesson and move forward in our lives.

Nothing can exist if it’s direct opposite doesn’t not also exist. An opposite exists because one completes the other. Only with the existence of both these elements together can we appreciate life and find purpose in it.

Enjoy the good times and bravely face the difficult ones.

At this point only one question remains:
how will you face the roller coaster of 2019 in its ups and downs?
