An alternative to amazon

I have had bad experiences while ordering from amazon. So, I searched online and found the iamastudent.com website which caters to the student population.

It is not the price variation that matters. It is the way they interact with customers whereas amazon fails miserably in this context.

I ordered an electronics product and it was delivered promptly and staff was very cordial when they were contacted.

Maybe it is the 'new business thing' but as long as there is competition, giants like amazon will at least be ready to listen to what the customers have to say.
