My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2021

Yesterday was an extremely difficult day for me in the beginning. I had gotten horrible sleep the night before and was feeling unmotivated all day. I ended up getting a call from an old friend who was looking to visit and blow off steam! So we hung out, smoked ourselves silly and went for an evening stroll downtown to checkout the lights before they came down. Wasn't very intense paced but was definitely enjoyed
