Sate Padang
Sate Padang is a name for three varieties of satay in West Sumatra, namely Sate Padang, Sate Padang Panjang and Sate Pariaman.
Sate Padang using beef, tongue, or jerohan (heart, intestines, and tetelan) with thick peanut sauce (similar to porridge) plus many chilies so it feels spicy.
While Satay Padang Panjang distinguished by its sate sauce is yellow while sate Pariaman red colored sauce. The taste of these two types of satay is also different. While Satay Padang has a variety of flavors of the two types of satay variant on top.
To enjoy satr padang we do not need all the way to west sumatera, because in yogyakarta kususnya new city available sate padang with unrivaled delights that is in "legent caffe".
