Saludos amigos, espero que se encuentren bien todos en esta linda comunidad. Les cuento que aún tengo problemas con la cámara de mi teléfono por eso las fotos no me salen tan bien como me gustaría que se vieran pero estoy tratando de hacer que se vean bien.

Resulta que hace unos días llegó un cliente al taller con su carro remolcado ya que el carro no daba ni para adelante ni para atrás. Luego de hacer unas pruebas por ejemplo medimos el aceite ya que es una caja de transmisión automática, también revisamos el cableado porque también es electrónica y todo eso estaba bien así que tuvimos que bajar la transmisión automática para revisar la turbina o como muchos la conocen como convertir; cuando a revisamos concluimos que el convertidor estaba en buenas condiciones así que tuvimos que desarmar la transmisión automática para poder ver lo que estaba pasando.

It turns out that a few days ago a customer came to the workshop with his car towed because the car did not give neither forward nor backward.

After doing some tests for example we measured the oil since it is an automatic transmission box, we also checked the wiring because it is also electronic and all that was fine so we had to lower the automatic transmission to check the turbine or as many know it as converter; when we checked it we concluded that the converter was in good condition so we had to disassemble the automatic transmission to see what was happening

Cuando la desarme vi que naguara tenía un desastre en los discos de los tambores de primera y de retro, también el filtro de aceite tapado y eso ocurre muchas veces por el aceite que no es el adecuado y en muchos casos le colocan aceite de motor para que la transmisión automática dure más según los dueños. También tenía los solenoides de entrada de la transmisión automática estaban dañados, los sellos todos no servían y el cuerpo de válvulas había quedado sin funcionar por el sucio. Los tambores rayados y la faja sin pasta, que lastima que por no tener buena cámara no pude tomar buenas fotos, lo que si es que todo era un desastre.

When I disassembled it I saw that Naguara had a mess in the discs of the first and rear drums, also the oil filter clogged and that happens many times by the oil that is not adequate and in many cases they put engine oil for the automatic transmission to last longer according to the owners.

I also had the automatic transmission input solenoids were damaged, the seals were all out of order and the valve body was out of order due to dirt.

The drums were scratched and the belt without paste, what a pity that because I did not have a good camera I could not take good pictures, but everything was a mess.

Sacando el presupuesto de los materiales que se iba a gastar daba un total de 160 dólares más la mano de obra como 150 dólares por la medida pequeña y una transmisión automática en buen estado se consigue en 200 dólares así que el cliente dijo que mejor compra la transmisión automática que este lista para montar. Bueno ojalá y la que compre realmente este buena y le dure un buen tiempo, claro le dije que había que había que cambiar el aceite por uno nuevo y de calidad, también le sugerí colocarle un aditivo ya que esa transmisión automática es usada y debe tener algún tipo de desgaste, bueno permita Dios y todo salga bien para poderla montar antes que termine el año. Bueno amigos espero les guste, saludos a todos.
