Purple Sandpipers at sunset!
Yesterday evening I went to a local jetty. The sky was beautiful and clear and there was no wind. Hiding on the inside of the jetty were a group of Purple Sandpipers feeding on all the little sea creatures in the algae. They weren't very skittish so I went closer, noticing their orange legs and beak and a whitish brow. I lie down and took these shots.
