My Special Delicacy To LOH

I believe you have seen a catfish?.. but if not, here is the looks of thr common catfish been consumed by people in Nigeria and other countries too.

In Nigeria, this fish serves multi purpose use, whereby can be used to prepare stew, african soup, pepper-soup etc. This fish usually required cooking appropriately, as some people don't enjoy it while it's slippery. A method (Using alum or salt walt) is used harden the skin and enhance more taste when cooked.

This meal is something i will love to present to my lovely community @ladiesofhive inorder to show my appreciation towards the forth coming anniversary. Knowing this community and the custom involved, i have really learnt and adapt a lot from here, kuddos to you all.
