我在一家行政事业单位工作。在我身边，为领导个人搞好服务的人远比踏踏实实干工作的人要吃得开的多。
你工作干得再好，是为公家干事。但是为领导个人搞好服务，领导会记着你的好，有好事先想着你，甚至考核评比也会给你打高分。所以，在中国，为人民服务是假，为领导服务是真。
