Literature

Literature (Sanskrit: शास्त्र, shastra) is an uptake word from Sanskrit śāstra, meaning "text containing instruction" or "guidance", from the word śās - which means "instruction" or "teaching". In Indonesian the word is commonly used to refer to "literature" or a type of writing that has a certain meaning or beauty.

A rather biased is the use of literary and literary terms. Literary segmentation refers more to its definition as mere text. Literary is more directed to a strong literary poetry or abstract nuances. The term literary is one example, defined as people who wrestle literary, not literary.

In addition in literary sense, literature can be divided into written literature or oral literature (oral literature). Here literature has little to do with writing, but with a language that is used as a vehicle for expressing certain experiences or thoughts.

Usually literature is divided according to geographical region or language.
