“浙大女生遇害案”不公开审理 家属放弃赔偿望判被告人死刑
7月9日杭州中级人民法院获悉，该院当天上午不公开开庭审理“11•13浙大女生被害案”。2018年11月13日，从英国留学回杭州不久的浙大2013级本科生谭余敏在西湖灵隐景区附近出现后失联。15日晚警方等救援力量在莲花峰山顶悬崖落坡下发现了她，经确认已无生命体征。17日，杭州警方抓获犯罪嫌疑人熊某（男，24岁，广西人）。杭州市检察院随后以涉嫌故意杀人罪、强制猥亵罪对犯罪嫌疑人熊某批准逮捕。“家属放弃提起刑事附带民事赔偿，是希望熊某被判死刑。（）
