A Graphite Piece

Going through my gallery this evening I found a classic sketch, one I’d gotten from Pinterest days back. I fell in love with it instantly and really there was no argument if I was going to draw it or not.
The day was gloomy all through because of the rain and the Sun didn’t really greet the sky so I made do with whatever light was available.

Seeing how important it was that I kept to detail, I sharpened my pencil and made it pointier so as to be able to make the necessary traces. After the layout was set, I started carving out the face little by little. It took some time as I was trying to be precise but then I had it eventually.
