Being far far away from civilisation has so incredible many advantages. Like breathing clean and fresh air, being able to hear the calming sounds of nature, slowing down your life and connecting with your roots.
You learn to appreciate many things and especially people around you much more. I realised which humans are essential to me. Not the people who are the loudest, especially in media, stealing your mental clarity, so that you think you have to spend time with them or give them your attention. No, it is the people who are there for you unconditionally, who listen to you, who love you and see you as you really are.
At this point, I tried to contact some of this precious people, and I found one thing that could be one disadvantage. Which is reaching out to your loved ones. Without the internet, it is quite hard to communicate around the globe.
But the good thing is these people love you anyway even if you don't communicate all the time with them. And isn't this great? To take this pressure out of a relation or friendship.
