Python available on Microsoft Store

In order to avoid this and make it available, CPython team has accumulated Windows Installers (MSI packages) for many years and now they released an official Python package in Microsoft Store. Its suitable for running scripts, packages, and other development environments however due to Microsoft store restrictions, scripts can't have full write access to windows shared locations and registry.
