Dear all, first apologies for the down-time we had yesterday. Please see details below:

Issue: Some votes were not being processed yesterday

We noticed early yesterday morning that estabond was not performing all required votes (only 4 votes in each round were being performed, and if there were 6 bidders, the other 2 votes were skipped)

Cause: Problem with persistence of storage

Estabond is hosted on heroku, and their storage system works differently, even though they have a very scaleable server.

Fix1: Create posts to ensure publicly that all refunds sorted asap

Apologies for the delays in processing refunds but we had to go through the records to make sure they happened.

Fix2: We modified the code and also some server settings

We are continuing to minitor estabond to make sure all votes are processed.

Important

1. If anything is missing or we skipped anyone, please post here and we garauntee we will sort you out. It may take max 24 hours but you will be sorted.
2. We will continue to monitor and make sure estabond is behaving
