El Templo Expiatorio del Santísimo Sacramento es un edificio religioso en Guadalajara, Jalisco, dedicado al Santísimo Sacramento. Es considerado la máxima obra de estilo neogótico en México. Su construcción inició el 15 de agosto de 1897 y fue concluida 75 años después, en 1972.
