Trip to Neuland
Yesterday i was visiting Neuland because they have a German consulate there i needed for some bureaucracy (which will cost me another 200€ - next month i will get local papers which in total will run me another 800 to 1500€ish), busses only drive later in the day to there so i was hitchhiking.
Heading out before sunrise so that anyone who might go there for work might pick me up. Probably not that many do, given they have a smaller population than this town but some will.
Friendly Paraguayan couple picked me up and around 8:20 we were there. Getting my papers done was real quick, so before taking the bus back in the early afternoon i could do a bit of sightseeing.
In the nearby park they had a triangular plaque with the 3 sides containing writing celebrating the 50th anniversary of the colony
Evidently established a lot later than Filadelfia and Loma Plata.
