Suicide Is NOT An Option

The image of hanging myself lingered in my head for days on end.

As negative thoughts consumed my mind, I believed I was going to die.

One day I decided to sketch my thoughts.

It was the most uncomfortable I have ever been while drawing.

It seemed so realistic on paper.

I was petrified of myself.

After I finished the sketch I quickly closed my notepad.

The sight of the image was just too horrifying, too real.

It was at that moment that I realized suicide was not for me.

And it should NOT be for anyone either. 

“Suicide doesn’t end the chances of life getting worse, it eliminates the possibility of it ever getting any better.”
