Este modo artístico ha sido terapéutico para mí, no es solo expresar mi creatividad dibujando es tambien relajar la mente, el cuerpo y en el último proceso de revelar la letra, es mi parte favorita pues me divierte ver lo que reveló todo ese trabajo sobre el lienzo.
Es una letra C a la que se me ocurrió dedicársela al nombre de Caroline...
Cuando trabajo con mi carpeta de color negro es un poco más difícil dibujar, quiero dominar este elemento, ya que con el lienzo blanco tengo más oportunidad de dibujar y hacer otras cosas. Lo que más procuro es: Disfrutar del proceso.

Hello everyone!
This artistic process has been therapeutic for me; it’s not just about expressing my creativity through drawing, but also about relaxing my mind and body. The final stage of revealing the lettering is my favourite part, as I really enjoy seeing what all that work on the canvas has brought to light.
It’s the letter C, which I decided to dedicate to the name Caroline...
When I work with my black sketchbook, it’s a bit harder to draw; I want to master this medium, as with a white canvas I have more scope to draw and do other things. What I strive for most is: to enjoy the process.

Había dibujado el boceto de la letra con un color amarillo, sin embargo a ponerle la cinta ya no pude ver la línea guía por lo que lo hice de nuevo, pegué la cinta de enmascarar haciendo la forma de la letra y luego corté la forma con un cutter.
Luego comencé a dibujar las flores pintarlas, no importa si sobre pasa la cinta de enmascarar, es la idea.

I had sketched out the outline of the letter in yellow, but when I went to apply the tape, I couldn’t see the guide line anymore, so I did it all over again. I stuck the masking tape down to form the shape of the letter and then cut out the shape with a craft knife.
Then I started drawing the flowers and painting them; it doesn’t matter if the paint goes over the masking tape – that’s the idea.

Luego lleno los espacio con hojas y enredaderas blancas, procurando ocupar la forma de la letra.
Remarco con marcador negro la forma de las hojas y las flores.
[Eng]
I then fill in the spaces with leaves and white vines, taking care to follow the shape of the letter.
I outline the shapes of the leaves and flowers with a black marker.

Agrego partes oscuras para simular sombras.
El revelado...
Desprender la cinta es algo satisfactorio. Me recuerda a los vides que hacía modo saticfaction visual. No pude grabarme por temas de servicio eléctrico pero, este dibujo me ayudó a pasar las horas calurosas en la ausencia de la electricidad.
Espero se animen a practicar actividades relacionadas con el arte que les ayude a relajarse cuando se sientan estresados. Es una buena terapia.

I add dark areas to simulate shadows.
The reveal...
Peeling off the tape is quite satisfying. It reminds me of the videos I used to make for visual satisfaction. I couldn’t film myself due to power cuts, but this drawing helped me pass the time during the hot hours without electricity.
I hope you’ll be inspired to try art-related activities that help you relax when you’re feeling stressed. It’s good therapy.
