monomad challenge: among shipping containers

i was surprised that i was allowed to wander through a section of the container terminal on my own. most of the area was fenced in and almost al the workers had gone for the day. nobody else was around except in one storage building with some unloaded material outside it. i stayed away from there so as not to raise any suspicion. of course everywhere was under surveillance but i was only there to take some photographs and am happy it was okay.

there was barely enough space to walk between the stacked containers. it seemed particularly complicated to access the lowest of the inner ones

maybe they were all empty, a couple of them were open. this was dark inside

but the one facing the sun was nicely lit

there were a few puddles of water, i don't know if it was rainwater or if the containers were cleaned. at any rate a stack of three were reflected in the largest puddle. the upper two are not in the photo, only their reflections in the unevenly rippled puddle

i took all these shots with my S22 phone. some were taken with a black and white filter, others were edited from color shots
